1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide, including the United States, Japan, and most major countries.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time may be extended during peak periods or for high-volume items.
3. Shipping Times & Methods
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

United States: 7–15 business days

Japan: 5–12 business days

Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
We work with multiple fulfillment partners and shipping carriers depending on product location and destination country.
4. Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (unless otherwise stated).

Express Shipping: May be available for an additional fee depending on region and item.
Please note: For domestic shipping within Japan, we currently do not offer express shipping with additional charges.
Shipping options and costs (if any) will be shown during checkout.
Note: Seven-Eleven convenience store payment is available only to customers within Japan.
5. Split Shipments (Multiple Warehouses)
We partner with multiple fulfillment centers, such as CJdropshipping, DSers, and AutoDS.
Therefore, items in a single order may be shipped separately from different warehouses.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.
This system ensures faster delivery and optimized logistics depending on stock location.
Please note that combined packaging is not available.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your local laws.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
7. Failed Delivery or Address Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address input by the customer or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us,
additional shipping charges may apply.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation at info@yanyantokyo.com.
We will investigate and provide a resolution where applicable.
