配送先・送料
現在の配送対象は日本と米国です。追跡付き標準配送の送料は0円です。速達配送は提供していません。お届け先を入力すると、配送の可否と最終金額が注文確定前に表示されます。米国は番地を含む実在の住所をご指定ください。私書箱（PO Box）への配送には対応していません。
発送準備とお届けの目安
発送準備は通常2〜5営業日です。配送日数は配送方法とお届け先によって異なります。チェックアウトに表示される日数は目安であり、到着日の保証ではありません。仕入先の在庫、繁忙期、通関、配送会社の事情により遅れる場合があります。
追跡・分割配送
海外の提携先から発送します。発送後、追跡情報をメールでお知らせします。複数の商品は別々の荷物で届く場合があり、それぞれ到着日が異なることがあります。
関税・住所・配送トラブル
お届け先の制度により関税や輸入時の税・手数料が発生する場合があります。注文時に徴収されない費用はお客様のご負担です。住所不備や受取期限切れによる再配送には追加送料がかかる場合があります。紛失・破損などの問題は、配達完了の通知から7日以内に info@yanyantokyo.com へご連絡ください。
Shipping information
We currently ship to Japan and the United States. Tracked standard shipping is free; express delivery is not offered. Enter your address to confirm delivery availability and the final total before placing your order. US orders require a complete physical street address; PO Boxes are not supported.
Order processing normally takes 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates vary by destination and service; they are not guaranteed arrival dates. Supplier availability, peak periods, customs and carrier conditions may cause delays.
Products ship from overseas fulfillment partners. Tracking information is sent after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate parcels on different dates.
Import duties, taxes or fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels may incur additional delivery costs. For lost or damaged parcels, contact info@yanyantokyo.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
